At ST STYLE TRY, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within India only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- During high-volume periods (sales, festivals), processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
- Estimated total delivery time is 6-8 business days from order (1-2 days processing + 5-6 days in transit).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is offered on all orders.
- There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Courier Partners
We use reliable courier partners including Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, and Shiprocket and its associated courier services. Courier selection depends on service availability at your delivery location.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS.
- You can also track your order using the tracking page on our website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
- Partial COD: For some COD orders, a small advance amount is collected online at checkout to confirm the order. The exact advance amount is clearly shown at checkout before you place the order, and the remaining balance is paid in cash on delivery. This advance is part of the product price - it is not an extra fee.
- COD orders may be verified via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- ST STYLE TRY reserves the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be verified. If a COD order with an advance is cancelled, the advance is fully refunded.
Delivery Delays
ST STYLE TRY is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control. Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility lies with the shipping partner.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address, incomplete details, or customer unavailability may require re-shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- If you receive a damaged package or item, please refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
- An unboxing video is required for damage or wrong-item claims.
